Place the filled inner packagings into the box. For liquid, secure screw closure with self adhesive PVC tape. Ensure that they are in a stable upright position. Place 2 x top foam stabilising inserts over the inner packagings. Seal plastic bag with a "goose-neck tie". (Twist slack of bag tightly, fold over so that it forms a neck, and secure with elastic bands). Tuck neck into box. Close and seal the box with 48 mm pressure sensitive self adhesive tape in the same manner that the base of the box has been sealed. Add the required amount of absorbent material if specified. Label the box as required.
