Assembly & configuration of packaging

Place the filled inner packaging into the drum. Seal plastic bag with a "goose-neck tie". (Twist slack of bag tightly, fold over so that it forms a neck, and secure with elastic bands). Tuck neck into drum. Close and seal the drum and secure locking ring, plastic security tab.
