Assembly & configuration of packaging

Place filled inner packaging into the box. Ensure that it is in a stable upright position and that it is seated firmly on the base ‘X’ cross insert. Place the top ‘X’ cross insert over the inner packaging. Seal plastic liner bag with a “goose-neck tie”. (Twist slack of bag tightly, fold over so that it forms a neck and secure with 2 elastic bands). Tuck neck into the box. Close and seal the box with 48 mm pressure sensitive self adhesive tape in the same manner that the base of the box has been sealed. Add the required amount of absorbent material if specified. Label the box as required.
(Make sure that the labels or any other markings are not obliterated or obscured in any way).
