Place the filled inner packaging inside the intermediate packaging in an upright position and fill all void spaces with tightly packed cushioning material (eg. shredded paper) so that no movement of the inner packaging can occur during transport. Close the lid of the 2 L HDPE jar tightly. Place jar inside outer box. Ensure that it is in a stable upright position and that it is seated firmly on the base ‘X’ insert. Place the top cross ‘X’ insert over the jar. Close and seal the box with 48 mm pressure sensitive self adhesive tape in the same manner that the base of the box has been sealed. Add the required amount of absorbent material if specified. Label the box as required.
