Place the filled inner packaging into the box. Ensure that it is in a stable upright position. Place the foam layer pad along the side of the inner packaging to fill void space. Close plastic bag with a "goose-neck tie". Twist slack of bag tightly, fold over so that it forms a neck, and secure with elastic bands. Tuck neck into box. Close and seal the box with 48 mm pressure sensitive self adhesive tape in the same manner that the base of the box has been sealed. Add the required amount of absorbent material if specified. Label the box as required.
