Fill the 5L EPON jerrican inner packaging, press the “press-fit” plastic closure onto the opening. Place jerrican inside the liner bag, ensure that it is in a stable upright position and that the fibreboard wall inserts are in place. Place top fibreboard insert over the inner packaging. Seal plastic bag with a "goose-neck tie". (Twist slack of bag tightly, fold over so that it forms a neck, and secure with elastic bands). Tuck neck into box. Close and seal the box with 48 mm pressure sensitive self-adhesive tape in the same manner that the base of the box has been sealed. Add the required amount of absorbent material if specified. Label the box as required.
